When will my box ship?
Your first box will ship out from our fulfillment center within 2-3 business days of order receipt. Then your following boxes will arrive by the first of every month.
Where do Kali products ship from?
They ship from our fulfillment center in Sunrise, Florida.


Are your products vegan? Are they tested on animals?
Yes our products are vegan. We love cute little animals. We absolutely do not test any of our products on animals. We are cruelty-free.
What are Kali tampons, liners, and pads made with?
One ingredient. 100% certified organic, chemical-free cotton.
Do our products have parabens or sulfates?
No. All of our products are 100% paraben and sulfate free. Organic ingredients have been used wherever possible. In the event that organic ingredients were not available, all natural ingredients have been used. If you have a question about the ingredients in our products, or how they might affect your body, please consult your physician. Where are Kali tampons manufactured?
Organic Kali tampons are manufactured in a certified organic facility in Europe.
What tampon absorbency should I use and how often should I change my tampon?
Always use a tampon with the lowest absorbency necessary to cover your needs and change your tampon regularly every 4-6 hours.
Why do I feel like I have to change an organic tampon more often than a non-organic tampon?
Organic tampons are made with only organic cotton and do not have synthetic fibers or rayon in them. These other additives create more absorption.
What if I need more tampons?
If you need more tampons, you have the option of adding 5 extra tampons or pads on us to your box. If you need more than that, you can order a tampon only box to supplement your monthly order.

What is TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome)?
TSS is a rare, but serious illness. It is caused by toxins produced by Staphylococcus aureus, a bacteria that is commonly found on the skin and inside the nose and vagina. TSS can appear in women, men, and children. The risk of contracting TSS is higher in adolescents and women under 30 years of age than in older women. Although it is infrequent, it is important to know about it to know what to do if necessary. Recognition of the symptoms and early treatment are important. Estimated incidence of TSS is of 1 to 17 per 100,000 menstruating women and girls per year. The symptoms that indicate possible TSS infection are the following: sudden, high fever (39ºC/102F or higher), dizziness, vomiting, fainting, muscle aches, skin irritations similar to sunburn, diarrhea, near fainting when standing up. Not all symptoms may be present, just some. In more advanced stages of the illness, the skin can begin to scale. TSS can appear during the menstrual period or a little later. It can advance rapidly with flu-like symptoms, to a serious illness with fatal consequences. If you have one or more of these symptoms, remove the tampon immediately and see your doctor. Tell your doctor that you have been using tampons and that you are concerned about TSS. You should consult your doctor before resuming the use of tampons. You can reduce the risk of menstrual TSS by using tampons with the lowest absorbency necessary to cover your needs and by changing your tampon regularly every 4-6 hours. You can also alternate with use of a sanitary napkin instead of a tampon at least once a day. If you don’t use tampons the risk of TSS is reduced, but not entirely eliminated.


How can I cancel or change my order?
Login into your account and simply cancel your order my editing the settings. If you cancel after the 19th of the month, you will receive one more box before your subscription cancels.
What is your return policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your box was damaged during delivery, please contact us at hi@kaliboxes.com to receive a new box.
How are your payments processed?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe each month.
